K-12 students in BC will return to classrooms in September with a new cohort or learning group system. In learning groups, a limited number of students and staff will stay together throughout the school quarter, semester or year, and interact mostly with each other.

Learning groups will have:
• Elementary & middle: 60 students and staff
• Secondary: 120 students and staff
• Less physical contact
• Fewer shared spaces

Schools will also have measures in place to keep students and staff healthy and safe. Learn more:
